This page explains what happens with your details when you leave your email address on bioregenesys.com.
Who we are
Bioregenesys, [company name, address, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number], is responsible for the processing described here. You can reach us at [hello@bioregenesys.com].
What we collect
- Your email address, and your consent to be contacted.
- The date you signed up, the country your request came from, and the link that brought you here (for example a tag such as ?s=instagram), so we know which channels work.
- A one-way hashed version of your IP address, kept only to stop automated sign-ups. We do not store your IP address itself.
Why, and on what basis
We use your email address for one purpose: to tell you when the first edition of Bioregenesys is ready, and to send occasional news about the house if you stay subscribed. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to us.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at most 24 months after our last email to you.
Who processes it for us
The sign-up form and its database run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which acts as our processor. [Add the email service once chosen, for example Klaviyo.] Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this happens under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies and tracking
This page sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. We may count visits with a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not identify you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, ask us to restrict their use, object to processing, or receive them in a portable format. Write to [hello@bioregenesys.com]. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your own country.
